Exercise Library

  In the menu below you will find basic applications to various popular exercises.  Please practice any exercise with your safety as a priority.  After all, if your injured you can't work or lift. 

  As with most things, Lifting is a wonderful hobby if approached with grace and integrity.  So please care for yourself and your surroundings as much as possible and use proper workout equipment.

  Though our Menu is listed per Muscle Group, most exercises require multiple muscles to operate. Please be aware of your fatigue and work responsibly.

  Our recommended Workout Calendar and Templates are designed to produce a balanced physique at a reasonable pace.  That being said everyone is different, please listen to your body and don't press unnecessary limits.
